Driven by their passion for coffee, they aimed to introduce specialty coffee to the region. Transitioning from legal backgrounds, Maryam left her job as a Legal Counsel to manage the day-to-day operations, while Nasser, still working at Qatar Foundation, focuses on strategic management. Certified by the Specialty Coffee Association, they sought to bridge the gap between Qatari and international coffee markets. Flat White gained global recognition for its quality and innovation.
