About us
The production process of natural gas involves several key steps, including air separation, reforming, Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, and hydrotreating/cracking, culminating in hydrogen production. Air separation units separate gases from the atmosphere to obtain pure oxygen and nitrogen. Reforming processes convert hydrocarbons into synthesis gas, a mixture of hydrogen and carbon monoxide. Fischer-Tropsch synthesis then transforms this gas into liquid hydrocarbons. Hydrotreating and cracking further refine these hydrocarbons, removing impurities and breaking down larger molecules into smaller ones. Finally, hydrogen production units generate high-purity hydrogen. This intricate series of processes enables the efficient extraction and refinement of natural gas for various industrial applications.
