Dreama is an orphan care center established in Qatar in 2002 under the Qatar Foundation for Social Work. Their mission is to provide care for orphaned children, integrate them into society, and raise awareness about the importance of fostering. Affiliated with the Ministry of Social Development and Family, Dreama aims to become a leading center in orphan care. Their services include placing children in foster families, providing training and counseling for both children and foster families, legal and social services, education, and healthcare. Their strategic goals include reducing inpatient care cases and building institutional capabilities. Dreama serves orphaned children and those without known parents under 18 years old, emphasizing responsibility, privacy, equality, and partnership.
